Following is a menu of the various support options for students.
Every eLearning course lesson has a Discussions sidebar to submit your questions / comments pertaining to the lesson which will be addressed by the instructor. Just toggle open the Discussion sidebar on the upper right hand side of the lesson when you want to post a question/comment. Your questions and related comments will also appear in your email.
All courses offer subject-specific community support where you can submit your questions or comments, or just follow the dialogue to learn from others. Instructors, as well as like-minded peers monitor and discuss. You can find which communities you are subscribed to by logging in at eLearning.surphaces.com and go to My Dashboard. Your subscribed communities will be listed below the courses you are registered in.
